ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the special conditions of sale that appear on this screen and expressly accepting them without reservation.

These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between the client and the website

These terms and conditions will prevail over all other conditions contained in any document, except with prior written consent.

PRODUCTS
The photographs that illustrate the products attempt to accurately detail the content of the product. If there is any error in them, it will not be the responsibility of Omonwell.

The products presented by on the web are generally available in our warehouse, except in the event of an exceptional stock outage, in which case customers will be notified immediately.

ORDERS
Automatic registration systems will store the date and content of the order made by the customer. Omonwell confirms the acceptance of the customer's order to the email address specified by the customer. The sale will be made after confirming the order.

Omonwell reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order. The information provided by the buyer when placing an order is as follows: if there is an error in the address of the recipient, the seller is not responsible for the failure of the delivery of the product.

DELIVERY
After the confirmation of the order, Omonwell, as the owner of the Website, undertakes to deliver to its carrier, all the items ordered by the buyer within a maximum period of 20 business days, to the extent that the products ordered are in stock at the time of validation. For deliveries outside of Bulgaria, the customer agrees to pay all taxes on the importation of goods, customs duties, value added taxes and other taxes to be paid according to the laws of the country receiving the order. All orders placed on the WEB are intended for the personal use of customers, clients or recipients of the products. Resale by the customer of partial or complete products is strictly prohibited. Delivery will be made by private carrier or by mail depending on the weight and volume of the items. The delivery is made by direct delivery to the recipient or, failing that, another person authorized by the customer. Possible delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages or reimbursement of shipping costs incurred. Cases of force majeure are considered, freeing the seller from his obligation to deliver, war, riots, fires, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied. The goods always travel at the expense and risk of the recipient. Always check your package upon arrival. You have 48 hours to file a claim with the company in case it is missing or damaged.

For reasons of availability, an order can be delivered to the customer several times. The customer only pays for a single delivery. If the customer wants 2 delivery locations, place 2 orders, with shipping costs.

In the case of a technical product, the customer must pay special attention to checking the correct operation of the device delivered, reading the instruction manual provided.

In case of defects, the buyer has the right to return under the conditions established in this document.

SHIPPING COSTS
All products on the site are delivered nationwide. You can choose the delivery method: to your address, via Speedy at a cost of 6.90 BGN, or delivery to an office of Econt at a cost of 5.90 BGN. In case of payment by cash on delivery, an additional fee of 1.00 BGN will be charged. The cost of delivery will be calculated to the price of your chosen product during your order process.

RETURNS / CANCELLATION
Before returning any product, the customer must report the withdrawal request to the company's Customer Service within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

In case of exchange or return, prior agreement, and sending of a return number by the website, the customer must return the new item(s), duly protected in its original packaging(s), intact, instructions, and documentation. Shipping and return costs are borne by the customer. For cash on delivery shipments, you have the right within 14 days to cancel the contract remotely by sending the product in commercial condition, original packaging, and accompanying documents. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, Omonwell is obliged to return the sums paid by the customer free of charge except for shipping costs (shipping and return). The refund is returned in full within a maximum period of 45 days.

The present right of return cannot be accepted as complete products in a resalable condition in their original state (packaging, accessories, manuals…) with the original invoice. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the Customer (including packaging) cannot be returned or refunded.

AVAILABILITY
Product offers are available within the limits of available stocks. In this framework, information on the availability of products is provided to customers at the time of placing their order. This information directly from the providers of the web, errors or modifications that are beyond the control of the company and can not incur responsibility. In case of unavailability of the product after placing the order, the customer will be informed by email or telephone as soon as possible and the customer can cancel the order as provided in article 5.
